A hypertext tale by Walter Sorrells

Teddy Clapp had known Lew VanAusdell from some time they'd served at Reidsville over in Georgia, and Lew had known Jimmy Dinwiddie who was hooked up with the bikers which was good because that kept certain assholes of the nigger persuasion off your back, and Jimmy had known Leonidus Cabe who had known Mo Rosen, and so they had all ended up eating lunch together every day when they were at CCI in Columbia.

Didn't they have some times down there? The joint wasn't so bad, long as you had a few people to watch your back.

So when Mo and Teddy had got out of the joint -- same day even, how was that for lucky? -- they'd naturally stayed hooked up.

Plus, they had this idea they were working on.
