How To Order Your Blade

****NOTE, I'M NOT TAKING CUSTOM ORDERS RIGHT NOW (EXCEPT FOR  A  LIMITED NUMBER OF BLADES MADE FROM TRADITIONAL SELF-SMELTED TAMAHAGANE).  PLEASE EMAIL ME TO GET ON THE LIST FOR NOTIFICATION WHEN I OPEN MY ORDER BOOK AGAIN.****

To inquire about a possible order, you can email me, call me, or write me.

Any in-stock item can be purchased by sending me a check or by paying me through Paypal.  When your check or Paypal payment clears, I put your blade in the mail.

Most buyers, however, will order a custom blade.  Bear in mind, these are not shrink-wrapped products.   We'll need to work out your preferences for blade curvature, blade geometry, length, weight, and so on.  Part of my job is to make sure that your blade matches your needs.  If you're not entirely sure about some of these matters, I can make informed suggestions.  Click here for some things to consider before ordering.

Once we've settled on the details of your blade I'll email you a quote/specification sheet.  To finalize the order, you'll sign the quote and send me a non-refundable deposit for half the price of the sword.  When it's done, I'll notify you.  Send me the balance, I send you the blade.
